Valkora

Privacy Policy

Account Data

Valkora stores account data needed to run the service, including registered email, username, display name, public user UUID, account status, and session records. Guest accounts can use Valkora without email/password until converted.

Training Data

Valkora stores fitness and training data such as birth year, height, weight, target weight, fitness goal, fitness level, training preferences, workout sessions, generated program progress, XP, ranks, streaks, badges, and challenges.

Social Features

Valkora stores social data for friends, friend requests, invite codes, challenges, leaderboards, and blocked users. User search uses username/display name, not email.

Notifications

Valkora stores notification preferences, notification history, and Firebase Cloud Messaging device tokens when push notifications are enabled.

Subscriptions

Valkora stores Apple subscription reconciliation data such as product IDs, subscription status, transaction identifiers, expiration or renewal metadata, environment, and app account token. Purchases are processed by Apple.

Account Deletion

Users can delete their Valkora account in the app from Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Deletion removes or anonymizes direct identifiers, clears private profile values, revokes sessions, deactivates push devices, removes social relationships and invite codes, and prevents future authentication. Minimized records may be retained for integrity, accounting, reconciliation, and security.

User Choices

Users can update notification preferences in Valkora and iOS Settings, block other registered users, and export account data from Settings > Privacy.

This page summarizes current Valkora data practices and may be updated after legal review.
