Service
Valkora provides fitness workouts, generated training programs, progress tracking, XP, ranks, streaks, leaderboards, friends, and 7-day XP challenges. Valkora is not a medical service. Users should use judgment and seek professional advice before starting or changing a fitness program when appropriate.
Accounts
Users may use Valkora as a guest or create a registered account. Registered accounts use email/password, username, and display name. Usernames and display names may be visible to other Valkora users in social and leaderboard features.
Subscriptions
Valkora may offer paid App Store subscriptions for PRO access. Purchases, billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund handling are managed through Apple according to App Store rules. Deleting a Valkora account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Acceptable Use
Users should not attempt to abuse, attack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse Valkora systems or social features. Users should not impersonate others or use usernames/display names that violate applicable rules or rights.
Account Deletion
Users can delete their account in the app from Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Account deletion is irreversible and removes or anonymizes direct identifiers and private profile values while retaining minimized records needed for security, integrity, subscription reconciliation, accounting, or audit purposes.
